Chaos Theory

Chaos Theory was developed to "not" predict the weather. It stated that the weather is impossible to predict. It says that because that even the smallest amount of condensation happens into a cloud, it could start a downpour; or if even a little bit of electricity hits a storm cloud, there could be a cloud burst.
It also says that no matter how well you prepare for things, everything can and more than likely will go wrong. And that the more prepared something is, the more likely it is to go wrong. This was named the Butterfly Effect. It states the nature and unpredictability of Chaos and everything is effected by it.
